About Our Holiday Cottage

Terra Verde is a newly built (2022) single story house, sitting on the edge of a working farm, with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. It is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the picturesque village of Beauly which has a variety of shops, a pharmacy, local butcher and bakery, cafes and restaurants.

It is ideally located for exploring all areas of the Highlands, from the West Coast beaches to Loch Ness and the Isle of Skye. For those wishing to tour NC500, it is just a few hundred yards from the route.

Just along the road you can see highland cows and alpacas beside the local farm shop which offers locally sourced food. The city of Inverness is around 20 mins drive away and can also be reached by both bus and train. Inverness Airport is approx. 30 mins drive away.

Our Accommodation

The living area consists of an open plan, well equipped, all electric kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, hand blender, coffee machine and microwave, a dining area seating 6 and lounge with two reclining sofas, DVD player and a smart TV. The lounge opens out on to a covered decked area of the garden with garden furniture where you can eat out and enjoy the scenery. There is also a utility room with a large sink, washing machine and tumble drier, iron and ironing board. The family bathroom consists of a shower over bath, vanity unit and wc. The property has underfloor central heating, provided by an air source heat pump. At the front of the property is a large enclosed garden, making it secure for young children. Parking for 2 cars is available on site,

The owners, Alan and Isobel Cruden live within a few hundred yards of the property.
